On January 31, 1919, a man named David Kirkwood inspired a small but determined group of Glasgow factory workers to lay down their tools, join hands and rise up against the oppressive labor policies of their British rulers... then he got the crap kicked out of him.
But today, both his name and the lesson of his actions live on.
My name is David Kirkwood... and I will do whatever it takes to never have to work in some stinky-ass factory.
